Return our packaging materials so we can reuse them!

We know you are busy, but care about the environment, so we want to make this process as simple as possible:

1) Save the styrofoam inserts and boxes from your Mike Dupuy Hawk Food shipments.

2) Put as much styrofoam as you can into either Mike Dupuy Hawk Food boxes or your own boxes. Fill up the boxes, but try not to damage the styrofoam.

3) Request a PRE-PAID shipping label using the form below.

4) I will send you shipping labels as pdf documents via e-mail.

5) Print the shipping labels, tape them on the box.

7) Give the box to your FedEx GROUND driver.

There you have it... 6 easy steps to help keep styrofoam out of landfills and let us reuse it!
