Shipping:
Our shipping schedule is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If your order is placed prior to 2:00 pm, we can usually get it out the same day. Orders placed on a Wednesday that require express 3 day shipping, will be shipped out on the following shipping day (Monday in most cases).
We DO NOT use dry ice for shipping any of our hawk food items. If you live in zone 3 or 4 ( West of Texas) you will most likely need to ship Express. please call or email to find out what option is best for you based on the time of year.

Refunds:
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with our product please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We will make every effort to correct the problem.
If you would like to return an item for a personal reason that doesn't have to do with the quality or condition of the product you will be required to ship the item back at your expense.
Please note that custom orders are not refundable.
