Please carefully review perch descriptions and dimensions prior to ordering to ensure the perch is appropriate for your raptor.  If you are unsure which perch is right for your bird, we welcome you to call or email our office – Mike or a knowledgeable staff member will be glad to assist you in selecting the correct size and style.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping at your expense.
  • All returned perches are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, provided the perch is returned in new, unused condition.

We encourage customers to contact us prior to ordering if they have questions.  Our goal is to help you select the right perch the first time and avoid unnecessary costs.
