Hawk Mews Cancellation Policy

When you place your order for a Mike Dupuy Hawks Mews we add it to our Production Schedule.  If you wish to cancel your Hawk Mews order after it is in production, the following cancellation fees apply: 

Cancellation of an order after you have approved your plans and your Hawk Mews is in production:

- 5% cancellation fee of the price of your Hawk Mews or deposit.

 

Cancellation of an order where your Hawk Mews is completed and ready to ship:

- 25% cancellation fee of the price of the Hawk Mews or deposit.

 

Cancellation after your Hawk Mews has been delivered to the agreed upon FedEx Freight location and is waiting for you to pick up:

- 25% cancellation fee of the cost of your Hawk Mews or deposit.

- Freight Shipping to your location.

- Freight Shipping to return the Hawk Mews back to us.

- FedEx Freight Storage fees.
