Equipment:
If you are unsure which items are right for your raptor, we encourage you to call or email our office prior to placing your order. Mike or a knowledgeable staff member will be glad to assist you in selecting the correct size and style.
Please carefully review equipment descriptions and dimensions prior to ordering to ensure the equipment is appropriate for your raptor.
Return Policy:
- The initial cost to ship the item to you is non-refundable.
- Equipment may be returned if it is new and unused condition.
- All returned equipment is subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
Hawk Food:
Mike Dupuy Hawk Food takes pride in offering quality and affordable food products for your raptors and other animals. We have rigorously tested our shipping containers and shipping methods to ensure that the Hawk Food arrives to you in a usable state.
Please note, we do not ship with dry ice.
If the food arrives thawed but refrigerator cold (40 degrees) it is safe to use, simply refreeze.
If your hawk food order arrives in questionable condition, please text us at 272-220-9009. Please send photos of the food and the packaging if there is any damage. After a review of your photos, FedEx tracking information, we will work with you to determine if a refund or replacement is warranted. It is ultimately your decision to use the food or request a refund or replacement.
Due to bio-security risks, we are unable to offer returns on Hawk Food.
